What the work was for:
As part of its business development activities, The University of Manchester’s Dalton Nuclear Institute has carried out a series of workshops to examine its developing role in the University, to engage with the nuclear industry to both publicise and target its research capability, and to foster relationships across different research groups. For all these workshops a pre-requisite is a sound process design, effective facilitation and a robust knowledge of the nuclear industry and of how the particular research area fits into the overall picture.
